NBR developed a QM system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 back in 1995 and has had it continuously certified since 1996.
Today, NBR is once again up to date, with a comprehensive quality management system certified to the latest version of the standard, DIN ISO EN 9001:2015.
However, NBR has gone one step further in its self-imposed goals with regard to customer orientation, customer satisfaction optimization and process optimization, which goes far beyond the requirements of the standard.
For this reason, a very extensive project was launched with precisely these objectives. The result is a management tool that integrates and continuously optimizes all areas of the company so that NBR customers will continue to have a reliable partner in the future.
