In 1995, NBR developed a QM-system according to DIN EN ISO 9002:1994 which the company had certified permanently since 1996. Even today NBR is back up to date, with a comprehensive quality management system, certified according to the latest version of the standard DIN EN ISO 9001:2015. However, NBR has gone the extra mile in order to achieve its self-defined goals with respect to customer focus, increasing customer satisfaction and improvement of processes going far beyond standard requirements.

For the purpose of achieving these aims, a vast project had been set up. The result is a management tool involving and continuously optimising all corporate divisions, to ensure NBR will remain a reliable partner for its customers also in the future.
